Reservation Questions
You can make a reservation by phone, online, or through a travel site.
To book online:
- Go to our website and open the reservations page.
- Select your room type and confirm accommodation details.
- You'll receive an email confirmation with reservation details.
To reserve by phone:
- Call our reservations team at +254 703 110995.
- Specify your check-in/check-out dates, room type, and number of guests.
- Provide contact details including name, email, and phone number.
- Our team will confirm availability real-time and walk you through the payment process.
Our cancellation policy is quite flexible. Reservations can be changed up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date without any penalty. If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of arrival, a one night room charge plus tax will apply.

We will do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests based on availability. A fee will be charged depending on the time of the checkin/checkout. Please let us know in advance if you require either early check-in or late check-out so we can confirm availability and provide you with the best possible experience.
Tented Rooms - Our tented rooms provide a unique glamping experience, blending nature with modern amenities. Each tent features a queen-size bed and a single beds with plush mattresses, end tables, lighting, and electrical outlets.
Standard Rooms - Our standard hotel rooms come with either one king bed or two queen beds. Rooms are equipped with nightstands, lamps, armchair, flat screen TV, work desk and chair.
Studio Apartments - For extended visits, our studio apartments offer a little more space and amenities. Each studio has a king bed, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, and sink.
Our room rates include basic amenities such as WiFi, access to the pool, daily housekeeping, and toiletries. Additional amenities and services may be available for an extra fee.
We have ample on-site parking available for hotel guests. Self-parking in our lot is complimentary during your hotel stay. Please let us know if you need any special parking accommodations when making your reservation. We're happy to reserve a space close to the entrance if needed.
We will put you in contact with shuttle operators that pickup from Moi International Airport, Malindi Airport or Vipingo Airstrip. In addition, we have contacts for shuttles that pick up from the SGR terminus Kilifi. When booking your reservation, please let us know your flight details including airline, flight number, arrival and departure times so we can best coordinate pickup and drop-off.
